Can I get someone willing to try out an Erik/Xavier line with me? I'd want to start in somewhere in the middle of the movie and definitely play with the dynamic of the characters and Charles's desperation to help Erik through his mental anguish as well as the struggle between sides causing conflict for their obvious mutual understanding and devotion to one another. I have a few ideas as to where we could pick up but would want to brainstorm too. Conflict, arguments, intensity, discovering "the space between rage and serenity"... if something of this nature, threading-based, with an emphasis on character development and unpredictability, not having everything set in stone, interests you, do please comment here or in the journal.

Looking to get the following slash line going. I'd prefer to play character A as I have in my head a bit. Let me know if you might be interested in working something out!
A and B have been best friends for as long as they can remember. Both guys come from well-to-do families where it's important for everything to look perfect to anyone who might be looking in. This meant high standards of excellence in both families. B has always suspected that the stakes were higher at his friend's house. B didn't always make the grade or didn't always meet his parents expectations so there was a lecture and promises to try harder next time. But he was sure that for A failure carried far heavier consequences. He'd seen some marks that made him suspicious, but his friend always had an excuse. B had seen A flinch unexpectedly on more than one occasion, but never said anything, not wanting to strain the friendship. But when B started having feelings for A that ran deeper than friendship, he started to feel more and more protective of his friend and he think the time has come to confront his friend. B thinks there has to be a way he can help, even if it's just to be a shoulder to lean on when things get rough.

Going to be going and seeing the new X Men movie tomorrow night and I know I'm going to enjoy it so I thought I would go ahead and post an ad and see if anyone else liked the movie and wanted to do a line.
