Jesse and (insert your character here) were born in their own respective places, parents, etc. But during their early development signs of special traits began to become apparent. Frantic as new parents get they both went to doctors and in the end an agency took their children after elaborate cover-up procedures convincing their parents that the children were killed by their “unique conditions.” In truth they grew up in a black-market-serving facility known as “the agency” learning how to hone their special talents into useful weapons and ploys against whomever the highest bidder has marked. Jesse has spent more time behind the walls than (insert your character here), and when (insert your character here) arrived he took responsibility in caring and protecting (insert your character here). Both boys hoped to escape, but even with their gifts it felt as if it was utterly impossible. That was until a curious team of activists and reporters broke in and freed several of the “specials.” About seven or eight of their kind were released, while others were too broken mentally to accept that anything could be better outside those high walls. Jesse and (insert your character here) are now on the run, from anyone and everyone employed by the agency, including some of their “friends.”
