I was thinking something slashy for this guy. There probably wouldn't be any ~love at first sight~ since this guy feels like he's too logical to believe in that sort of thing. I think it would have to be something slow to build since he doesn't rush into anything. As far as PB choices go, I don't mind who is picked so long as they fit the jock-ish mold since I am sort of a sucker for a jock picking on a nerd type of line.

Still looking for someone to fill these two lines (both set during the Renaissance era):
Line 1.
The year is 1523. Place: Calais, north of France. English and Flemish troops are invading France. A high-ranking commander is saved by a young soldier while in a battle. They start an unlikely friendship, and become close, which eventually leads to a few nights in each other's arms before their return home to England. The commander is a married man, famous at court in London. The soldier is a simple shepherd from Yorkshire. They lose all contact as they both go back to their lives. Ten years later, the king orders the commander to lead his army to crush a peasant rebellion in Yorkshire and kill the rebellion leaders setting a fearful example. The soldier, has joined the rebels and has been arrested by the king's forces, he is led before the commander who recognizes him and has to decide on his fate.
I play the soldier.
Line 2.
Two sons of the rivaling families meet during a gangfight, an ambush that was set up by character A's family. Character A's gang manages to kill or seriously wound everyone in character B's gang, character B intends to fight till the end and seeing the young man's bravery, character A disarms him but lets him live, however character B is wounded and loses consciousness. He wakes up on the next morning in the unfamiliar house, where he is taken care of by a nurse. Later, character A visits him and character B finds out he saved his life. While character B is still on his sickbed, the two get to know each other, and soon realize they have much in common, both only fighting for their family's honor. They fall in love and start a relationship.
I play character B.

A trio-era or post-warts HP line using original characters? Or lesser-used canons (which could extend to someone like Seamus as well as Zacharias, so long as they aren't in the MAIN main group)? I'd love to brainstorm out some ideas, and we can decide whether or not we're going with the books or tweaking them somewhat! I'd also be up for something loosely based on His Dark Materials if anyone is familiar with that verse... or even a fairytale line (modernized or not!)
