Knowing that nobody in the bar could see her face except for Kurt, Cameron switched on her active scan, and then quickly switched it off. She knew Kurt would be able to see the blue glow of her eyes plainly in the dim light.

"Some of us can just see a little more than others."

"She wrinkled her nose at Kurt. "Blue. Matches my eyes, don't you think?"

"All this time we were talking, and you just didn't ask the right questions."
