One of them - we called them the Shadow - wanted to rule it all. They no longer exist. And of late I have been cleaning up bits of advanced technology left floating about after the war, least it provide a temptation to try to follow in the footsteps of the Shadow, or the Vorlon, who were also a most bothersome people."
