The Doctor jumped back just as she stopped, it was a close one, but all was good. He looked down at the girl. "It's okay, really, I wasn't watching, a bit lost right now. I think, maybe, not really lost as more to confused. Confused and lost together in a way." The Doctor shook his head.
He finally took real note of the woman standing in front of her and what she was wearing. "A cape," he looked her over. "Is it Halloween or something? Perhaps heading to a costume party?
