Sirius Black ([info]the_grim) wrote in [info]silverage,
Sirius wasn't going to stay long, but he'd needed a bit of time to himself. And by 'himself' he meant away from people who knew him and preferably somewhere that served alcohol. He'd sold a couple of the galleons he'd had on him when he arrived and while he planned on using most of the money to help rent the flat, buying a drink or two seemed like a worthy cause as well.

Making his way to the bar, he settled on a stool a seat or two down from a brunette who looked about his age, maybe younger. When he caught the bartender's attention, he ordered a drink and shifted his gaze towards the girl while the bartender poured it. For a moment, he debated between wanting company and wanting to stew quietly by himself, but no, it was better to take his mind off it, wasn't it?

Once he had his drink, he left the stool he'd originally taken to occupy one next to the cute bird instead. "Hullo. Could you spare a moment to help a bloke out? It's terribly important and I'll buy you a drink for your trouble."

Grey eyes flicked to her empty glass before returning his focus to her face. He wore a smile that most people would find convincing enough and his brows were raised curiously as he regarded her.
