Then he catches sight of a flashing red light a few feet away and he cocks his head, zeroing in on it. ]

It's a thing that happens here. We all get pulled from different universes. I think about 10 of those face twins are actually other versions of me. They're all called Lydia Martin. We have a lot in common. And some differences.

I haven't seen your face around before, but I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

[Listening to the conversation from the bathroom, where she's finishing a shower, Allison giggles and shakes her head as she finishes combing her hair.

Grabbing her robe off the peg on the door, she slides it on and emerges from the bathroom. Sliding behind Lydia, she wraps her arms around her shoulders from behind and presses a ticklish kiss to the side of her neck.]

Sweetie? I love you, but you're an awful person. [She presses her nose to the place where Lydia's jaw and throat meet.] I don't know why I'm with you.

[A nip at her earlobe.]

I should just leave.

[She kisses Lydia's ear.]

I'm leaving right now.

[For a full moment, she manages to contain herself. And then Allison's lips are on her ear and she can't stop the shiver.

Still, she's Lydia, and she manages to fake an annoyed sigh.]

How am I an awful person for trying to help a stranger and a newcomer?

[She doesn't even like Allison joking about leaving her, though. So she reaches for Allison's arms and holds them in place, keeping her close.]
