House Cup Award!
The points have been tallied, re-tallied, sat on by atypicalsnowman, singed by whitecotton, and rescued by torina_archelda.

After a wonderful year of angst, sex, heartache and butt plugs we're ready to bestow the honor of the House Cup Award.

GRYFFINDOR!

AGAIN!

Congratulations to members of Gryffindor House for earning a total of 780 points! The effort you've put into your fics and art is truly appreciated. This magnificent House Cup will (once again) sit on the mantel in the Lounge.

whitecotton promises not to use it as an ashtray this year.

And now for the individual awards!

*polite clapping from the Ravenclaws, hoots from the Gryffindors, vacant stares from the Hufflepuffs, and schemes from the Slytherins*

We didn't take nearly as many points from people as we did last year ~~because WhiteCotton's gone soft~~ so we have another award to give.

So now that have LD7 here, we'd like to acknowledge her triumphs of another sort. So here's to the lady who has single-handedly killed off Severus no less than ten times in the past 365 days.

Perhaps Severus could be a bit happier this years? We are going against canon, after all.

I can't believe I won the most points award--I haven't written too much lately. But it's so cool! Yay! XD

Ok, so I love that you gave me an award for being bad, but let me point out a couple things.

1. I object to the word 'attempt'. I'm pretty sure I succeeded rather spectacularly at ripping out his heart... and most of the people who read my fics. *grins*

2. ...Do you really think rewarding me for being mean to Severus is the smart thing to do?

	So, if you get the award for best plotting and killing off of Severus...will that be called the "Albus Dumbledore Award"? (This would of course work well for those who kill off Harry as well as Albus is the ChessMaster!) Just curious. smirks Oh yes, polite clapping for the Gryffindors. Somehow I missed this whole thing. I've now taken the test. I'm pretty much a dead heat beween Ravenclaw, Gryffindor and Hufflepuff. Ravenclaw gets it over Gryffindor by 2 points and Hufflepuff is 1 point below that. Apparently not much Slytherin in me. Guess the hat would have had an issue with me but can I be added for this year? Ravenclaw by 2 points I guess..shucks now I need to buy the blue ties. Green and red look better on me. Just glad I don't have to wear yellow. Love the Hufflepuffs, can't stand the color scheme!! It looks awful on me!

	Oh well, I suppose you can't keep a determined griff down. Need better spells next year I suppose! I'm a bit confused though as to how the points are awarded. I'm in Ravenclaw, but as far as I know not been given any points despite 2 pieces of art for the grand challenge, or am I just dumb and they are on a list somewhere? (Reply to this) (Thread)

	That was something argued over by the Grand Challenge team for a while. Since it was a large fest and we were inviting people outside our group to participate, we decided not to issue points. apologies for not taking part at the anniversary challenge! (actually i am more sorry for myself because it would have been great fun!)

but rl was busy and i thought it would be better not to submit anything than something half heartedly done! all the drabbles are wonderful and a perfect sunday read!

i am looking forward to come out and play with ~~severus~~ you again soon!
