Four scans from the Amadeus Cho-centric edition, a considerable improvement on last month's starter.
Most of the issue is dedicated to a really strange battle between Cho and Pythagoras Dupree, where child-versions of the two of them play a board/adventure game, and we see a literal rendition of their adventures. Anyway, Amadeus eventually cracks what's going on and rescues Agent Sexton, the FBI agent who called him in his origin story and who he met up with again here.
He says "I had a great teacher" (with one of those imaginary Hercules images behind him. Anyway, they get out, and find themselves in the real town of Excello, which is a crater with a small building locatedin the middle. Cho says that Dupree is in there, and he's going to go and make him reveal where his sister (he also speculates that Dupree has been seeking out and killing geniuses because he doesn't want anyone else to access the "hypermind" (or something)).
I'm not sure that's playing entirely fair with the audience; we saw "Sexton" talking to herself back in #133. That aside, that was cool (and I love Buchemi's renditions of the gods; the next big arc should be good under his pencils).
On the subject of meetings with goddesses, there's one more page to this issue:
