Interesting set of items, and quite in keeping with the tone of the show, IMO.
"Infravision" was usually defined by comparison to infra-red, ie, cinematic thermal vision. Its counterpart, ultravision, was much more obscure. I believe that both were abandoned a couple of editions ago for things that made more practical sense and weren't so obviously thought up by 20th century science-gamer-nerds. IIRC, some critters still have thermal vision, but most have some sort of low-light or "night" vision, and then there are the ones with weird senses like sonar or life sense that don't technically "see" at all.
This is a very roundabout explanation for the fact that the item you're describing for Sheila already existed in canon back then: it's called a gem of true seeing. Also sees through illusions, invisibility and such.
