My first experience of Bruce/Vicky was in an issue of 'Batman' from the 90's, pre-Knightfall era. What happened was, that Vicky got shot while on an assignment. Bruce visits her in the hospital and has a day dream where he saves her from a bunch of thugs in her room as Batman and reveals himself as Bruce and then they makeout. Bruce wakes up and actually considers telling her he is Batman, thinking that it would make their relationship stable. So he meets her and then they both talk and he starts to tell her his secret but he keeps stuttering and hesitating all the way through and before he could let the cat out of the bag, the Bat signal lights. Gordon got a tip that two gangs were making an exchange and plans a raid near a chemical factory. However, Gordon thinks it's a trap (which it was).
Anyway, Batman arrives late because his car was in the mansion and finds out that Gordon already left to take part in the raid and he left Essen to brief Batman about the situation. So the two gangs gets into a gun-fight with the police and take shelter in the factory. Gordon gets shot and goes missing in the building. Batman and Essen arrive and Batman had to keep Essen out of the building for her own safety (she found out that Gordon was missing inside the building). So Batman goes in there and finds that someone had rigged the building to explode but he manages to rescue Gordon and escape in time.
So Bruce goes back to the hospital and on his way he thinks about how Essen went in to rescue Gordon without any thought to her own safety. He decides that the same thing will happen if he tells Vicki about his identity. So he goes back and tells her that to please take better of herself because he loves her and they both hold hands with no break up in sight. It was a very Daww' moment.
I had to narrate the entire issue from memory to you, because I don't have a scanner and I lost that issue a long time ago.
As for Bruce and Bekka, it wasn't a normal attraction since it was her powers that made them like each other but I guess I like them because of the way the story was told and I did feel that there was a small genuine attraction underneath all that.
I like Bruce/Ivy because of that issue done by Ann Nocenti which was posted both here and the old SD. If the Joker represents Batman's insanity, Two-Face represents Batman's duality and Penguin represents Batman's wealth and social status, then Ivy represents Batman's 'passion'. She has the same urge to stop oppression against plants as Bruce does towards stopping crime but she is less moral and righteous about it. If we go along that sort of thinking then a Batman/Ivy relationship is very much possible. A sort of unrequited love where there are subtle hints they are both attracted to one another but their own goals and ideologies keep them apart and wouldn't admit it either way.
