That's why I was suprised. The various Marvel super hero movies are all over the place. Sony (Spider-Man), Hulk (Universal), Iron Man (Paramount), X-Men (20th Century Fox), and probably others I'm forgetting. Marvel's basically sold the rights temporarily or more to other companies, while future movies would likely carry the Buena Vista brand.
Especially the Universal part is interesting to me. Universal is owned by GE, who owns the other half of everything, and I can't see them merrily working together. The Hulk movie rights are forgettable, but the Universal Studios park survives on the strength of those Marvel things.
