It's the "including sexually" part I have trouble seeing. Lots of people on this site seem to agree that she sexualized the relationship between Bruce and Dick somehow, for instance, and I'm just not seeing it. Romanticized it, sure, made them occasionally behave as though they were in love, maybe, though certainly no more than other writers, but I keep not seeing the sexuality issue. I know that she's talked about the 'fight of fuck' mode she thinks Dick has, but that's not anything I ever got from her writing. To me, a more appropriate word for her Nightwing would be 'cuddle' rather than 'fuck'.
(I remember him also once saying that he thought Dick and Tim were the two most capable people in the DCU.)
That's the sort of assertion that immediately raises the question of what the connotations of 'capable' are to the speaker. Because I get Dick, but Tim? Dick being more capable than Babs, maybe, but Tim more capable than Oracle? (It's not entirely a criticism fo Nicieza's opinion, btw; one reason I love comics as a media is each character and series get written by multiple writers, and each writer has a view on the character, often very defined.)
