Very true, yes. I notice the anatomyfail on breasts more, I think, because people keep on designing costumes that rely on breasts being rigid nipple-less perfect hemispheres attached at the collarbone, and that passes on the problem to every artist who gets the character afterwards, who has to screw up the breasts, even if they know better, just to make the costume work. If you draw someone with biceps the size of barrels, or permanently gritted teeth, or whatever it is, at least somebody else can pick the character up later and do it better.
Except the ones Liefeld designed, of course. They actually do need those inhumanly overdeveloped muscles- without that ten square feet of area around each bicep and thigh, they wouldn't have room for all the pouches, poor things.
