Hm. My big word for Donna would be "maternal;" the way she looks out for and corrals and den mothers her teams is always the first thing I think of with her. She's got that warrior spirit, like any amazon, but she's less straightforward and practical than her mother or sister, more demure and accommodating (only by comparison, of course). She's kind of girly and embraces a lot of Man's World's trappings of femininity - getting her nails done, giggling about boys with Kory, squeeing over wedding dresses, et cetera. She's compassionate and forgiving, and pretty insightful about people, but not to epic Jesus levels (in some ways, she's sort of the plausible version of Diana). She has painfully bad taste in men, and is not, herself, the most awesomely loyal and devoted of girlfriends, but contrary to what COUNTDOWN would have you believe, that's because she prioritizes her friends really highly and doesn't like sharing her burdens even when she should, and not because she's petty, judgemental or attention-seeking (given she's quite the opposite on all three counts).
