Well, he's a Wolverine knockoff, so that adds points, and he's bisexual, which adds points with some people, and he's a manipulative bastard in Dark Wolverine... it seems like he's taking two steps forward for every one step back.

I do hate the hair, though.

I hope they hold out as long as possible. He's already overpowered, with the healing, claws, strategic genius and emotion controlling powers.

I regret to inform you that Daken has already undergone a process that has melded the metal from the Muramasa blade to his lower claw.

He now has a claw that can cancel out a healing factor like his or his father's.

If one of his claws can cancel out healing factors, then shouldn't it be messing with his own healing factor? I mean every time he pops his claws he's basically stabbing himself. *confused*

I wondered the exact same thing when I first heard about it.

Turns out that he also had Adamantium sheaths placed in over those claws so as to protect himself from the metal from the blade. Apparently he has to be very careful when popping out those claws, if the adamantium gets moved out of place he could die.

But he is an evil, murderous bisexual. He leads innocent people on for crap and giggles and then kills them in the cruelest way possible. Isn't the "Depraved Bisexual" trope a very negative stereotype, something gay/bi people and slashers hate?

I can't decide how I feel about him. There's so much there to hate, but I don't really. It's not even apathy (sweet, sweet apathy), it's more 'huh, there's something mildly interesting here, but I can't say what.'
