Mouseover for spoiler: This Jan is a Jan from a comic during the time she'd just come off her tenure as Avengers leader, who, along with the Hank from her time, was gathered together as part of a little ragtag group of Avengers from assorted times in order to take on Immortus. At the time of this panel, she and a future Captain Marvel are in the 50s, where they find Nixon's a Skrull and are attacked by a group of Avengers they've never heard of, who think they're commies there to kidnap Nixon. After Venus uses her love power to try and convince Jan she doesn't want to fight (To which Jan's all "Well, duh, if you people'd been listening earlier...) and the confusion gets worked out. Only it turns out that the FBI Agents sent to liase with the Avengers are Space Phantoms, and breaking their cover both breaks the cover of the Skrull pretending to be Nixon and gets Immortus' attention, and he destroys that timeline, almost taking Wasp and Captain Marvel with it. The reasons for which are explained later, and we don't hear of this group of Avengers again until they're comics-resurrected as the Agents of Atlas.
