Like I've said before... the original Clone Saga was an absolute mess, but there was SOMETHING there that could have been interesting, if the entire thing hadn't been dragged out, changed direction, had its basic ideas scrapped, re-imagined, re-scrapped, queried, lost, found, subjected to public enquiry, lost again, and finally buried in soft peat for three months and recycled as firelighters.
A Clone Saga that's actually coherent, with characters whose motivations are... actually there, might actually be interesting. (But then I always liked Ben Reily.)
Looking at the Avengers cover, there's really only one thing that strikes me, and it's not even about the comic itself: I've always been a bit of a norse mythology buff, and even though I'm all for re-imaginings and different interpretations, Marvel's blonde, clean-shaven version of Thor has always kinda irked me... but somehow, for some reason, I have no problems accepting a female Loki.
