Under most conditions, no. He has no problem with the Fantastic Four, for being entirely open about themselves and their identities and for not being vigilantes in the crude sense.
The Avengers are a Government sanctioned team of operatives, so he has less of an issue with them, though the masked members probably other him a bit. On the other hand, he respected Captain America enormously, as both a suitably sanctioned agent, and who wore a mask because he was under orders to.
It's the ones he views as being "sneaky" about it, who want to have the freedom to act as they choose AND hide behind a mask, that he has no time for. (Though there's a strong undercurrent of jealousy about those with such powers who act heroically just because they feel it is right. He's admitted, to himself if no one else, that he envies Spider-Man for his heroism and his freedom)
