Which would make absolute sense regarding Dick, except that we've seen little in depth interaction between the two since Jason's been back. The stuff we have seen has Dick treating Jason with hostility. Bruce's message is agreeably dickish, but I find it incredibly hard to believe that even Bruce would give any of his private thoughts out in a freaking 'Dear John, It's not you - it's Me' hologram letter. Bruce would take his feelings of guilt to the grave because if nobody's been able to guess that he considers Jason's death as one of his biggest personal failings by now, they'll never know. Bruce is notoriously tight-lipped (at least in modern characterizations). But in earlier presentations you get the sense that Bruce feels responsible that Jason failed because he should have trained him better, not that he should have gotten him professional help that he actually needed. This is the first time that i know of, that would have Bruce admitting his legitimate failing - even if it's still done with a crassness that would leave a lot of people feeling furious. While I applaud the logical use of Dick as the potential helping hand, I fume over the character 180 that seems to have taken place in roughly a single issue.
