I said this somewhere else but really Bruce's message is basically really cowardly. If you actually thought your son had these deep psychological issues (and given his history, even without the "secret" you know he does) why aren't you reaching out to him while you're alive? And maybe asking the others to do so with you?
Instead it's like Bruce in death assumes this pose of caring father who's done all he could and tells Jason to get therapy when he himself never would. It kind of just points it out more that when Dick gets the idea that Jason is losing it he says to him, in person, "I have information that there is something traumatic that you can't face. I think you can face it. I will help you. I am here, alive, saying I will help now."
