And before anybody whines about how Johns is retconning the Speed Force into being evil or something, it's not a retcon. The Speed Force has been trying to kill Speedsters since Bart was Flash.

	That's not really true. I grew up reading Flash and JLA in the Barry era, and he was always kind of a dorky square type, even if they didn't often make a big deal about it. Same with Ray Palmer. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I've read most of the old issues and while a square the only thing he did that could considered dorky was collect comic books and back then that wasn't even that dorky. He was vanilla and somewhat absent-minded but not really a dork. And after Iris died he became way more driven and less vanilla. (Reply to this) (Parent)
