Well ... except that by thirty years from now our lingual development will probably be influenced by Xinglish and other international variants on English. I'd even guess that by two hundred years, English might develop a 'formalized', static form, like Latin, Fos'hah, or Classical Chinese. But that's just dumb futurology with a different face, so I'll stop. :P
