This is from Amazing Adult Fantasy #9. It's written by Stan Lee and illustrated by Steve Ditko.












The cover for the Amazing Fantasy Omnibus used the cover for Amazing Adult Fantasy #9. There was also a variant edition that featured a recreation of the cover, by Dan Brereton.
