	So, apparently Joker's LIPS rubbed off when she kissed him... Although on the other hand, Harley's just crazy enough that she very well might have put on lipstick, and then put on SOMETHING ELSE to cover it up as part of her disguise (and that it's the cover up came off in the smooch)... 	He could be wearing lipstick on top of his naturally red lips. Maybe it's a flavoured kind he likes the taste of! Or maybe his natural shade is Sassy Scarlet and he felt like going for more of a Criminally Crimson look today. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	While this is probably from prior to that, the Joker redesign from later seasons of the animated series didn't feature red lips, which might suggest that their earlier appearance (such as here) actually was makeup. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	He had red lips when he came out of the chemicals in Killing Joke but trusting Killing Joke for the Joker's back story is hazy at best So I don't really know. (Reply to this) (Parent)
