It goes like this: Bruce Wayne finds out through his day job (and night commitments) that some terrorist is going to bomb the houses of Parliament. He tries to raise the alarm with the various authorities, but they laugh at him and tell him stuff and nonsense, because who would actually do it on that day. The events are juxtaposed with the history of Guy Fawkes' night. Can anyone remember that story, please? I read it once over ten years ago, and it's still stayed with me.
