Nguyen's watercolors are subtle and lovely. When it comes to Gotham scenery, Bruce or Batman, hands down, I prefer his stuff over March's very bold and loud artwork. And I adore his Li'l Gotham.
But his Selina's a bit hit or miss for me. Sometimes she looks really good (like the pinup with the ladies on the motorcycles), other times just very plain and average, giving off a very girl-next-door as opposed to a femme fatale vibe.
I've never noticed her dimensions compared to the other women he draws though.
One kudos for Dustin though, there was actually one panel in Faces of Evil where he made me like the goggles. After Nightwing and Robin took care of Hush, she was on the plane out of that island. She had the goggles on but no cowl so her hair was free. It was a good look for her, very aviator-like
