To be fair, Dinah was hardly incompetent (judging only from McDuffie's era), it was intended for Dinah to disband and reform the JLA after FC but McDuffie got booted out before he could. It could be that they are unconsciously being sexist as in, you say or do something sexist without knowing that it's sexist and all of those examples could just be a result of DC just wanting to push their favorites, like Hal Jordan and Magog for example. /:
