I believe Penguin tried to "fly away" with his umbrella-copter. He shot the window, then burst through it.

Damian, of course, threw a boomerang that probably broke the handle Penguin was holding onto, right as Penguin was stepping out into thin air.

Presumably Penguin now falls to his death.

Or Dick saves him.

Either way, I hate Damian.
