Rhino has to be one of Spidey's more one-dimensional foes. Are you looking to inject this character with more depth or do you think he works best in a thug-like role?
Joe Kelly: Rhino was one of those characters that we struggled with a lot in the room, but the team came up with some great ideas for him and I'm personally very excited to be writing his comeback story.
The Rhino has "moved on" when we catch up to him, and in a lot of ways this story will feel like an origin story for the next phase in the Rhino's life. By the end of this story, he's going to be revitalized, I think - more focused and really, really angry at Spider-Man.
Can we expect any changes to Rhino's visual stylings or power levels? Are there any other hints you can provide to fans?
Kelly: I don't want to say too much, but there is a redesign for the Rhino that's insane. Sleek and mechanical, really badass...that will not by worn by Mr. Aleksei Sytsevich. The reasons why will be the crux of the story, so you'll just have to check it out!
