	Personally, I think each writer has a different version of the SHRA. I've still never seen a comic that listed all the basic things of it that don't contradict something written somewhere else. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	The SHRA was never actually written down and decided upon by Marvel as a whole so it works however the writer at that moment feels it should. Which is, for all my defense of the concept, the reason I hated Civil War the MOST! (Reply to this) (Parent)
