icon goes for the win
Damn.
You've got a helluva imagination, icon.
There's some violent war comics from Dell that I could post, but their sci-fi and horror stuff is usually pretty tame.
I think that somewhere along the line they figured their target audience of readers was between eight to twelve year old children who scared easily.
By contrast, the various "funny animal" kid books consistently had the strongest storytellers (Kelly's POGO, Barks' Duck family, Stanley's miscellania).
