I always thought it looked like James Caan's, with a more pronounced widow's peak.
I've seen it drawn that way exactly ONCE. Every other time, it's either been drawn as tightly woven white man's cornrows (as seen in JRjr's art) or as Doc Savage's hairdo with an Archie-style waffle pattern (as seen in Phil Jiminez's art).
And I don't think that Quesada and Co. are deluded into thinking that they're changes are permanent.
Except for the fact that they are, since Tom Brevoort has flatly stated his confidence that, even if every single current Marvel employee was fired, there would be absolutely no possibility that anyone else would ever choose to undo their changes.
