What: ST. PATRICK'S DAY!

Where: 9th Street Pub Crawl -- Pour Judgement (if elsewhere, please specify!)
Warnings: None yet

9th street was decked out. All of the Rails was looking washed in green for the best part of March, but for the first time in several years DDH was not plaguing the street with lackluster decorating and an unidentifiable odor that wasn't awful but still... unpleasant. Dan and his failing liver were gone. Now the renovated establishment pulsed with live music and laughter, good moods and a cheerful aura.
Inside was even better. Green filters on the lights and streamers, faux pots of gold in the corners, and even a fake leprechaun who chattered whenever his sensor was activated--Annika made a point of shrinking the sensor depth though, because she wasn't listening to the same twenty sentences for hours on end. Allowing for food for the first part of the evening meant that the long-haul drinkers didn't get too drunk right off the bat, and the bartenders were keeping an eye out for any rabble-rousers. Cabs were called for anyone who wanted one, and there were all kinds of games and freebies that were being handed out through the night. Annie was saving the free cover for a year for later; she wanted a good crowd around before she did that kind of drawing.
As for the hostess herself, she was tucked behind the bar with her single glass of scotch, which only left her hand to be tucked in a specific slot beneath the bar itself while she helped sling drinks. She chatted with everyone, laughed, and looked completely adorable in bright green Chucks, faded denims, and a green tee slated with "Party Your Shamrocks Off" across the front. Even her makeup went a little gold for once, when she usually went for a smoky look.
((OOC: Putting it up early so we can get some threads going if people are interested, or even so people can just summarize what their characters do during the night. You don't have to come to PJ's necessarily! I assume all of the Rails is decked out and hilarious, and of course there are people who have to work the next day and so forth.))
