So we actually have never celebrated Thanksgiving before--we don't really celebrate Christmas either, but at least I'm more familiar with that. However, the internet (thanks Spencer for showing me how to do more than turn on a computer, sorry I'm a plebeian dolt) has told me that there are typical foods for it and I'm hoping someone has advice on turkey? It seems like a larger chicken, which I know what to do with for the most part, but this is the entire bird, and there's something that you have to pull out of its throat?
It seems like a lot of work. But I'm willing to try it if someone can vouch that it's worth it.
