[Childish giggling--is it male? Female? It’s impossible to tell--surrounds every blank as they heed today’s call. It’s barely audible, able to easily be ignored. But it is ever present. In the arena on the throne sits Haunted’s statue, headless as ever. Even without facial features she gives off the sense of being very pleased with herself.

I will say it is part of my own nature that I do not fear injury or my own death as perhaps some would consider wise. If I did not have my friends, or my beloved team, perhaps I would not fear it at all. To fight, to make an impression even against a superior force, it is such a joy that death in such a pursuit does not seem so terrible.

The pain of revival, that I could do without. As I cannot control my own body's response at first, and it is a bit shameful to see me overcome with it.
