They don't hurt now. It's just normal. Like my other arm but lots of them. And tougher I guess.

I got told that too. They're dumb too! They're way younger, so they don't know as much.

I'm from Lacerta an' I got hurt real bad coming here. Master saved my life.

Not like this. There's streets and houses everywhere. We have electric lights everywhere. We build many things and have many libraries and bookstores. The air is different.

No animals would eat me there, in Cepheus. Except maybe a wolfaboo, but those don't get in the cities.

I think Cepheus is wonderful. Even if no one else here does.

They stay on the outskirts. We have many cities so they'd have to go through too many to get to where I live in Corehaven.
