[you may have noticed a dozen Blanks in Lynx and Corvus uniforms moving pre-constructed parts to the lake this morning! by noon, something has begun to take shape by the lake shore . . . something towering and monstrous and green]

[congratulations, Sabra! you now have a fifteen-foot high statue of ZIM (placed carefully on a rock outcropping to give it another five feet of height!!), made of carefully constructed bits of wood, rope, bamboo, rock, metal, leather, . . . the works. despite being a scrap monstrosity, it's at least recognizable, down to the thing's kind of horrifying face, and the green paint covering most of it]

[. . . and the laser eyes. that periodically just go off. though . . . at most, they'll just scorch you a little. but laser eyes!!1]

Where I came from... one of the places I traveled, in my real memories, there were animal tribes. Similar, in a way. Part animal, and part human. But even if they looked inhuman, they acted with some kind of humanity.

This was different. At the dance, the things there were- everything bad about people, and everything bad about animals, put together. They were made things. Fast, and strong, and cruel.

That's... really awful. To get a memory that's not even yours, and for it to be something like that... The feelings must have been really strong, you can't ignore that kind of greif easily, even if... even if it's fake.
