The reedy plants we used for pain can be found near the lake, usually with red flowers and growing near the water.

The lichen is found in the northern tunnels but that's probably a bit far for now.

The spiny sleep berries are in some of the nearby eastern tunnels.

They're the most useful of what I know of and the most important thing I can think of, if you remember seeing them closely enough, they wont be hard to find.
