The notion of vampirism has existed for thousands upon thousands of years; just about every culture in the world has tales of demons and spirits considered to be precursors to modern vampires. However it was thanks to early 18th century Eastern Europe that the term 'vampire' became more commonly known. The belief in this particular legend became so strong at one point, that in some areas it caused mass hysteria and the public execution of people thought to be vampires. In more recent years the vampire has ceased to be a figure of fear, instead it has become a source of romantic fantasy fuelled by the obsession of teenage girls across the world. Phil Coulson and his agents barely escape with their lives, and their prisoners escape. With no where to go, and few people to trust, they turn to Tony Stark and the Avengers. White tile floor. Your clothing is the same as you last remember, though you lack weapons or your usual technology. However, you have no recollection of where you are or how you got here. There's a door on the far side of the room, and as you get up to open it, one wall ignites with a large picture of a spaceship. This spaceship. A recorded voice, female and chillingly nonchalant, begins to play. “Hello User, welcome aboard the Centurus II. We are currently on the outer edge of globular cluster NGC 5897.
