welcome to the city of sin;
The supernatural occupants of the world have always been very careful not to draw attention to themselves, not to expose themselves to humans. That isn't to say that they haven't played, haven't hunted and killed - oh they have. They've just been very careful. They do say don't bite the hand which feeds right?
But then that was before humans ruined the world - until their hatred and greed sucked it dry and left it a carcass of its former glory. They've left it a ruined, used up shell and the supernaturals have decided its the perfect time to begin to emerge slowly but slowly from the darkness.
Two hundred years later and the world is becoming the supernaturals playground. While they have not yet emerged from the shadows it is beginning. The world is changing and it is beginning with The City of Sin also known as Las Vegas.

One of the first cities to be established in the United States, PROVIDENCE is the capital of, and most populous city in, RHODE ISLAND. The city, located at the mouth of the Providence River on the Narragansett Bay, is a typical town that's had its ups and downs in the past.
So what sets Providence apart from other cities?

Ever want to save the world?
Kapow! is a rpg based on a simple concept; Superheroes. And supervillains too, I guess. They'd probably send a nasty letter if we left them out, wouldn't they?
A new RPG looking for members, Kapow! is a place full of crack-filled fun for the most part. Superheroes, supervillains, and even civilians are needed! Although Kapow! is predominantly driven by social-interaction between characters, there will be specific plots every so often which affect the whole community.

my love for Paris Hilton's My New BFF has gotten a little out of hand but I have a genius plan.
I want to find a bunch of people. Maybe like ten and a Paris so we can have like a "celebrity" season of the show. (maybe have some "normal" pb type characters? not so sure yet). Would anyone be interested? You can comment here or contact skeletalxdecay on aim.
