Since I've become incredibly obsessed with Fringe (like many people, apparently!), I've been literally ITCHING to make a Joshua Jackson pb somewhere. And since I just dropped Max & Eric (I just couldn't get into their heads anymore! Their muse apparently died in the move to Providence, which is a sad thing!) I figured I might as well take him up!
Sooo, that leads to the following question:
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY NEED FOR A JOSHUA JACKSON??

I know - adds were a tad bit late again this week. My life is slowly spiraling out of control, and there's not much I can do to stop it! Life has a tendency to be a bit of a pain in the ass every so often, but I'm doing all I can to stay sane!

Since I've been on hiatus, I've been reviewing the pups I play here and there across the board, and I decided to make some cuts, along the way. I really don't have the time to devote proper attention to all the pups I have, which is unfair to the pups, myself, and all the other players in any given game. Even with that in mind, this was not an easy decision, but I have decided to pull my characters from the game.
I apologise to Eithne!mun and Jaime!muns most of all, because I am taking Aidan, Eamon, and Harley away. I am having a difficult time on the personal side of things, and I feel I am making the right decision at this time. Thank you for the opportunity to play here.

I've decided to give my guys IC Screen Names on AIM. I won't sign on every night with every one, because that's just tedious if they're not going to get used nightly. RedBarnsAndRain will continue to be my default, so if that name is on, you can IM me to open a character specific name, yeah?

I think I'm going to drop Ashley. I need to focus on a few less pups across the board, and he hasn't really developed at all, so...he'll fade into the ether. I might consider bringing him back, later on. But for now, I think three is a better niumber to manage here XD.

Greetings once again. it's Misha, with my fourth pup here, in the form of Eamon Cameron, youngest of the Cameron boys, and a year older than Eithne. Eamon is a closet homosexual struggling with his sexual interests and identity. He works as a cook at his uncle's pub (the ever popular Murph's). He's a sweet guy who tends to keep to himself. He feels awkward in social situations, because he is harboring such a huge secret and he feels like everyone must know it and talk about him behind their backs.
My apologies again to Eithne mun, as well as Jaime's mun. Last week kind of got away from me, and I'll own up to the fact that happens periodically. My job is physically and emotionally draining some days, some weeks. I work with special needs kids in 4th and 5th grade. Everything from Down Syndrom to seizure disorder to traumatic brain injury to CP. I love my job and my kids, but it wears me down, and some nights I just can't focus. I try to communicate, when I know I'm going to be MIA for more than a night or two.
Anyway. I'm going to attempt to get new posts up for my guys tonight, they need to get some face time in. If not tonight, it'll be Wednesday, cause I break for House on Tuesdays and that usually monopolises my night between the watching and the gossiping afterward. Hah.

Tonight, I bring you two new characters. The first is this boy here, Aidan O'Keefe played by the lovely Norman Reedus. Aidan was a wanted character, an Irish bad ass who's done hard time and is hell bent on getting revenge against the Irish cops who put him away. He'll likely frequent the Irish pub, the local bars, and the tattoo parlor, just to name a few.
Second is ashleyspenser, a 20something looking to make a permanent home in Providence. He's attending Providence College (majoring in business) after a few years away from school. He's also working at the Book Nook, so there's plenty of opportunity for ccharacter interaction there! Ashley is played by the lovely and talented underappreciated Sutherland boy, Rossif (Donald's son, Kiefer's half brother).
Both these guys, and harleyjensen are available for plotting and playing. I will get Aidan and Ashley introed in game this week, most likely tomorrow. I'm heading to bed early tonight.

I'm following Kim's lead and introducing my newest kid Brinkley, pb Rachel McAdams during her phase of blonde hair and pink streaks. Cause she's too freaking cute with that hair. ANYWAY. Brinkley was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC. She met the love of her life when she was 15, they married after they graduated, and he went into the Marines shortly there after. The first four years of their marriage was hard on them, and after Brinkley graduated from UCLA, they moved onto on base housing. Trevor was sent to Afghanistan in '03 and never came home. Brinkley was naturally heartbroken for quite some time and fell into a depression that only her sister could get her out of. It took her some time, but she finally got past the fact that Trevor wasn't coming home and she moved on with her life, getting a job in Providence at a high school as a biology/anatomy teacher. Brinkley figured starting over in a new place would be her best bet at moving on.
And thus, she's been here since about May of this year, though just started teaching this August. She's open to any and all lines, just lemme know if you want something with her :) You all know how to reach me! <3

Howdy everyone, this is Kim here bringing in my third character Nathan Reed. Nathan is 27, born and raised in Providence and he works in Human Resources at the Bank of America. Nathan used to be a lot of fun back in college, but working at the bank, a job he hates and pressure from his dad has really brought out the bitter and cynical side of him. He is still a decent guy, but not nearly as laid back has he used to be.
Umm yeah, the rest of his info is in his journal. So, how would your characters get along with Nathan? Plot? Friends, enemies, what not? Post here or poke me on aim @ cold old comfort about Nathan, Kate or Miles. :)

Hey everybody! It's Erin here, again, with another character.
Some of you might know her, but if you don't then let me give you the rundown! This is Jude Miles, and she's a doctor. The spin that I put on her for this game is that she's specifically, a pediatrician. For all you crazy kids out there having babies and all. Haha. She's the same old Jude that you've all grown to know and love.
She actually moved out to Providence to find an old friend of hers, PEYTON CATES. Who, apparently, is now Peyton Wicks! So ... surprise! And Kris - I don't think she knows Kyle is out here yet, so that should be a fun surprise too!

After being contacted by a few people, we've decided to add an additonal rule for the game. The rules can be found here. The rule that's been added is rule number six.
6. Everybody enjoys receiving as much as you give. While threading with another character, please try to have your tag to that person match the length of the tag you receive. It is extremely frustrating to tag somebody with a tag that is two good-sized paragraphs, only to receive a two-lined response in return. Be courteous when you play. If we receive complaints regarding this, we'll issue a warning. A second complaint will result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the game.

Hola. Me llamo es Ian and I bring you the lovely Rayner Maier (PB: Michael C.reepy Hall). The down and dirty of this boy is that he's a German that's in the country illegally. He originally had a visa when he came over, but it expired and he was both worried he'd get rejected for a new one and completely lazy. As of right now, he's working under the table at Murph's as a bartender (and a damn fine one, might I add). He really doesn't have many connections in the area, save for eithne who is dating his brother j_maier. (And yah, the brother's coming soon, I've just been lazy on writing up the app!) Other than that? Considering the fact that he just got in town last week, he really isn't tied down with any other friends and/or past lovers. If you want to fill one of those spots, lemme know, otherwise I'll just let them happen naturally. Rainer, I should add, is fiercly loyal. If you mess with someone around him, he's likely to get mean and he really doesn't play fairly when ticked off. He can also be a bit juvinille when he's pissed off but his natural state of being is just quiet and observant. He went to vocational school to study economics, so he's not exactly daft, but it is just as rare you see his intellectual side as his emotional side. And...
That's really all I've got.

Hey all. I'm Whitney and I bring you the token Irish bird.
Eithne Margaret Kay Cameron is the baby of the Cameron clan, a family you will all soon be saying "how many of them ARE there?" Well, there's six. Blame Catholicism and lack of condoms. Eithne is the self-titled Beer Maid (or Wench, as her favourite 50-something patrons tease) at her uncle's bar, Murph's Pub. She's obsessed with comic books, has even written her own and travelling. Since she has to survive off a waitress's salary, she's constantly working but if she's not, she can be found at Murph's or jamming out Friday nights with the family in their weekly Rock Band competition.
Oh and her name is pronounced Enya, for all those who don't understand Celtic phrasing. If your kids have IC screen names, she can be contacted at flogging eithne. Feel free to steal her any time. She's a lot of fun, if you give her the chance. Also, we're always looking for the brothers, if you're interested in more characters!
Oh yeah and the icon? It's the Cameron Family Motto.

Hey! It is Kim again with my second character that just got added last minute.
Meet Miles Hayman. He is 21 years old and originally from Maine, but as soon as he graduated high school he started traveling along bordering states and has lived in tons of different cities over the past three years. He calls it his 'journey' and right now Providence is his next stop. He works at the comic book shop and also has a piercing apprentice as well. Miles is a really laid back and friendly guy who tries not to let a lot of things get to him. He is a big fan of Bob Marley, weed, Sublime, comic books and MIA. All his info is in his journal.
He has only been in Providence for about three weeks, so he needs some friends/enemies/what not. Plot? My aim is cold old comfort or just comment here with how you think your characters would get along with him. :) I am excited to throw Miles into the game.
