Tolkien Halloween, 1981, the Dark Lord Voldemort fell at the hands of one-year old Harry Potter, bringing an end to a decade long reign of terror, to the relief of the entire Wizarding World. Death Eaters were imprisoned, wounds healed, and the Wizarding World spent the next decade healing from the pain of the first war. Yet, Voldemort was not truly defeated that night. He will rise once more, bringing upon another viscous war upon the Wizarding World. Everyone knows the story of Harry Potter, but until now, the story of what happened in between has been unknown. It is 1990, the year before Harry Potter will discover he is a Wizard. Professor Quirrell is off to Albania where he will become a vessel for the weakened Dark Lord, Charlie Weasley and his friends are in their seventh-year at Hogwarts, and the foundation for the future is being paved. They are at a crossroads, the road behind them broken and wilting. The road ahead lies a mystery, which paths will they chose? Who will they become? Only one thing is certain; they must continue on. It was built by mischief makers that had attended the school after the War, put there for the sole purpose of being a secret meeting spot for friends, groups, or couples, for any use from parties to plotting to just enjoying the evening sky. It hasn't been discovered yet, but the students are still careful. The only way to get to it is Invisibility cloak--which is rare--or the hidden passageway on the fourth floor back corridor, behind the statue of a dancing House Elf. It is the year 2024. It has been 26 years since the fall of Voldemort on that fateful June night at Hogwarts, and although it took awhile to rebuild the Wizarding world to what it once was, the world has been stronger than ever. With the help of so many people that now were on the side of good, the Ministry was able to get up and working once again, under the watchful eye of their wonderful new Minister of Magic, Kingsley Shacklebolt. And the little Wizarding school was able to go back to what it was put there for; teaching young Wizards and Witches how to be just that. They took in students from far and wide, different and alike, from Wizarding blood or Muggle blood. And the school grew and rebuilt itself to be the greatest school in History. But not all is well at the school. Over the summer something strange came out of hiding in the Forbidden Forrest, and it is waiting. Waiting for the students to come back. Waiting for the first strike. Halloween Night, the student Zara Flint was found mauled and traumatized with fear. But there was no full moon and no werewolf. Just a Dark Corridor of shadows. That was just beginning. In the Darkness lies your greatest fear and Evil feeds off it. There is nothing to fear… but fear itself. [04 Jun 2009|01:49am] Deceptive Perception The land known as Inora consists of a set of islands that cradle more than just mortals in its loving embrace. They were said to have been created by vampires long ago. This gave them a place to live among the mortals who fed them while painting the earth red with blood. Eventually, other races were thrown into the fray and a century of war was fought for supremacy. Centuries passed between rulers and the times of war seemed to almost be forgotten. The treaty between the demons and vampires has always been upheld. The werewolves have always protected the treaty and, eventually, winds of change blew through the lands. Times evolved and an industrial revolution took hold. All was well with the lands. But even something as simple as your perception can be deceptive and nothing is ever perfect... The latest in a long line of demonic kings has died and the vampires have come back into the throne. Even with this change, death and violence still run rampant through Inora's streets and it seems the Gunslingers are unable to stop it. Are you part of the problem or part of the solution..? Yet, the war did not end with his death. For years, the Wizarding World has worked to repair the damages left during the aftermath of war. Emotional burdens have yet to fully heal, too many lives destroyed, families torn apart, and friends lost. Hogwarts was left in rubble, unable to reopen for years, the damage too great, endless sweat and tears shed as people worked to rebuild the foundations to give their children a future. Death Eaters still roam free, cunningly avoiding even the best Aurors, leaving many in fear that another war will be on the horizon. Whenever she lit a candle, it went out. If she petted a puppy, it died. If she fed a bird from her hand, the bird would fall from it, dead. Children died in the houses she visited, and the power of her curse opened a Vortex of Damnation around her. With it came the first forces of Darkness. Warriors of the Light rose up to fight the darkness, and thus began the battle between the Light and the Dark. [04 Jun 2009|07:38pm] An AU Next-Gen Harry Potter Game The year is 2031, things have been peaceful. It's been decades since the world has seen true terror. There have been small problems but nothing that shook the Wizarding World the way the Dark Lord had done. As the world moves on, kids grow up, leave school and start there own lives. Nothing seems to be going wrong, no one is focusing on much past there own lives. That's until June 5th, 2031. The quiet Friday morning was rudely taken away as Diagon Alley crumbled, the entire area pulled down into the earth, by noon that day all that was left were the ruins of what used to be one of the center pieces for the Wizarding World. The only building still standing is Gringotts. The Minster, Patrick O'Leary informed the public that the attack indeed wasn't attack, but merely an earth quake. That was a lie. It was in fact it was someone else that crashed Diagon Alley into the ground. Hundreds died, more were wounded. As everyone thought it was just a terrible tragedy, it was when the Minister died, by what most knew was old age, however there were the few conspiracy theories tossed around. As Carslie MacDougal became the Minister, those that opposed him in Scotland threatened to pull away from the Ministry and create there own governing country. It was the day that one of the leaders of the Scottish rebellion was murdered in Hogsmeade by witnesses, that Minister MacDougal showed his true colors. Anyone who spoke against the Minster was to be arrested. While in some cases the Quidditch League still carried on, there were still jobs to be had, Diagon Alley was to be re-built, the peaceful world that had once been was gone. The laws were strict, those the were in search of power sided with the Minister, while those against slowly started to form secret groups. The meeting places had to move all the time. Which side do you fall under? The Ministry? -- The Rebellion? -- Perhaps you'll stay out of it, live your life as nothing has happened. The year is 2006, and emotions are running high. Edward left Bella in a state of heartbreak and confusion, which only pushed her closer to Jacob Black. Even after learning about Jacob's little secret, Bella found that she couldn't keep herself away from him. He had become her best friend and the source of light in her life, and eventually feelings began to develop between the two of them. Meanwhile, Edward stayed away from Bella as he had promised her, and therefore couldn't see how broken she had been during his absence. It was only after Bella's cliff-diving mistake that her life began to turn upside down again. Rosalie told Edward that Bella had died, which forced him to make an irrational decision to go to Italy and face the Volturi.
