What is the HTML to make text centred? And not just <*center*> <*/center*> but it's like.. it looks like the formatting of a book or pamphlet might? I don't know of a better example, but I've seen them around somewhere… :s

Do you mean for the text to be justified, not centered? Because then it depends how you want to do your alignment codes. Anywhere you'd put "center" you can put "justify"... usually.

Depends if you are using straight HTML or CSS.
