What is the HTML to make text centred? And not just <*center*> <*/center*> but it's like.. it looks like the formatting of a book or pamphlet might? I don't know of a better example, but I've seen them around somewhere… :s

	Do you mean for the text to be justified, not centered? Because then it depends how you want to do your alignment codes. Anywhere you'd put "center" you can put "justify"... usually. Depends if you are using straight HTML or CSS. (Reply to this)

Or do you mean for the text to randomly show up in the center of the page like this:

Look at all this wonderful text in the middle of the page here. Wow, it's just so amazing. OMG work has been so terrible I cannot even think of decent blah text to fill this space with. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.

that's the <*blockquote*> tag.
Or, you could do a table and just justify the text in one of the cells.

	Kind of. Where it's centred, and everything is aligned -- so it looks like a square of text. Unless that's the block quote tag. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Insert an unholy amount of random words here that are not nearly as witty or clever as they seem when I'm low on sleep and caffeine. I should nap. I really should. But, replies beckon. Like that? If so, here's the code I sort of hacked up without much thought. I can give more specifics if you need it. Otherwise if you have a link to something more like what you are looking for that would be super helpful.
