Just a note, if you wanna update the list, that Scrivener is also available for Windows. (Also, it rocks my socks off. MOST AMAZING SOFTWARE EVER for geeks like me who like to be super-duper overly-organized.) Also, it's $45 for Mac, $40 for windows.
