Being honest here? No, I feel like shit. The knock on the head is healing, but the vertigo is sticking around. It's leaving me pretty shaky. The nurses that come in say it's fine, but I know when someone's not quite telling me the truth. And the dreams

The vertigo is sticking around. It makes it pretty hard to do much of anything. I think I'm probably better enough to get up and move around if the floor didn't roll every time I try. [...] That's not a good sign, is it?
