You are keeping a portrait of my hag of a mother to appease a similarly abusive house elf in a house I've not been welcome in for a couple of years now.

And maybe that's all well and good, and the proper thing to do, and your dad already yelled at me for being a prat about it so don't you start too. It doesn't surprise me you're a better bloke than me, but in this instance you're a much better bloke than me.

Maybe we should meet up on more [...] neutral territory that doesn't make me want to throw myself in the lake and let the squid drown me right to death. We can work our way up to a visit to the old place when I'm not in the mood to burn it to the ground. Though considering I've been imagining doing it since I was 12, it might be a bit. But I do want to try, because I like the thought of a Potter living in that house.

And if anyone asks tell them I'm too busy to go to the house and continue making very manly excuses on my behalf. Please.
