Mutants
[Locked to mutants, both born and made through the pulse]

I have been waiting and watching, and I believe it is time to speak.

My name is Erik Lehnsherr, and I am a mutant. I have the ability to manipulate and control metal. I understand there were some people hit by a "pulse" that caused them to develop new abilities. Someone caused it, and knowing humans, they will be looking for you. Perhaps they've already found you, or tried to experiment on you. I've seen this before, and they will not stop.

Brothers and sisters, we don't need a cure, and there isn't one, nor should they be. We are capable of many great things, things that ordinary people cannot fathom. And they will hate and fear you for it.

I had a team before. We found and protected mutants, and prepared for the coming war, because there is one. It is only a matter of time. Join me if you wish to be a part of real action, not hiding and hoping for the best.

	I'm sorry, have you seen the Iron Man suit? How long will it be before they simply copy his designs and start it on their own? The technology is right there, so it'll come sooner rather than later, and it'll come for us. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

I have lived in the world with Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Captain America and numerous others. I have seen the Avengers come to the mutants in hopes of trying to formulate a plan to deal with the Phoenix Force but Cyclops, in his fear, lashed out and created a rift that nearly destroyed the world.

I would trust Iron Man, I would trust the Avengers, before I placed trust in you Magneto.

I have lived through your attempts at trying to forcibly place mutant kind in power. It only led to more fear and hatred.

I know you have lived through great horrors in your life and I understand your fears that mutants too will be rounded up and placed into camps to be killed. I only ask you use caution and to temper your actions from being violent. so that no lives are lost be they mutant or human. All life is valuable Eric.

	I was told of a future when mutants were put in camps and killed one by one. It's possible we changed that, but I don't know in truth, and I do not doubt it's the end result either way. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
